1. Order Processing Time
- All orders require a standard processing time of 3 – 5 business days to inspect, carefully pack, and secure your fragile glass items before they are handed over to the carrier.
- Our Guarantee: If your order has not been processed and dispatched within this 5-business-day window, you are entitled to contact our customer support at [email protected] to request an immediate cancellation and a full refund with zero fees.
- Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time, and orders are not dispatched on weekends or major holidays.
2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Timelines
We utilize specialized international logistics lines to offer reliable worldwide shipping.
- Standard Shipping Time: 9 – 15 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery (Processing + Shipping): 12 – 20 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that these timelines are estimates. Customs inspections, severe weather, or regional postal delays may occasionally extend delivery windows.
3. Address Accuracy & Regional Failed Delivery Policies (CRITICAL)
It is the customer’s absolute responsibility to provide a 100% complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. You must include apartment, suite, unit, or building numbers if applicable. Because we use specialized international lines, failed deliveries due to incomplete addresses are handled strictly according to regional carrier capabilities:
- For United States & North America: Our logistics lines for this region do not support re-delivery, address modification after dispatch, or return-to-sender services. If a delivery fails due to a missing apartment number or incorrect address, the local carrier will immediately dispose of or abandon the package. In these instances, no refunds, partial refunds, or free replacements will be issued.
- For Europe & Other Supported Regions: If a package is held due to an address error and the local carrier supports a second attempt, the customer is required to pay a Paid Re-delivery Fee (determined by the local postal service).
- If the fee is paid within the carrier’s window, we will authorize re-delivery.
- If the customer refuses to pay the fee or fails to respond, the package will be abandoned by the carrier, and no refund will be issued.
- Merchant Error & Incorrect Addressing : In the rare event that a misdelivery occurs due to a direct mistake on our part (such as our team submitting the incorrect address information to the carrier), we take 100% full responsibility. In such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund, or we will resend your item completely free of charge and issue a 10% partial refund on your original purchase price as an apology for the inconvenience.
4. Proof of Delivery & Package Security
- Official Tracking as Final Proof: The carrier’s official tracking status marked as “Delivered” will serve as the final, conclusive, and legally binding proof of successful delivery.
- No Liability for Theft: Cloud Glass Art Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once the tracking status confirms successful delivery (including “porch piracy” or theft from your doorstep).
- Customer Responsibility: We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking link closely and ensuring a secure drop-off location or being present on the estimated delivery date to receive your package.(You can track your order via the “Track Your Order” page on this site.)
5. What to Do If Your Package Is Missing But Shows “Delivered”
If the tracking status states your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, you must initiate the following steps immediately, as local postal services can only provide detailed routing information to the resident:
- Check with Neighbors & Household Members: Over 80% of missing packages are mistakenly delivered to a next-door neighbor or placed in a hidden, secure location by the mail carrier.
- Contact Your Local Post Office Immediately: Call or visit your local postal hub and provide your tracking number. Request the GPS deployment coordinates of the delivery scan. This data will verify the exact geographic location where the carrier scanned and released the package.
- File a Mail Theft Report: If the post office confirms the package was dropped at your correct address but it is missing, it is considered a victim of local theft. You must file an official mail theft report with your local law enforcement. Cloud Glass Art Shop will cooperate fully with any official police or postal investigation, but we cannot issue refunds for stolen items after a documented successful delivery.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (All-Inclusive)
We are proud to offer a completely hassle-free shopping experience. For our major shipping destinations, all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are fully covered by Cloud Glass Art Shop. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—there will be no hidden fees, unexpected customs delays, or additional tax bills upon delivery.
7. Shipment Tracking & Customer Responsibility
- Once your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link will be sent automatically.
- Please note that it is the customer’s sole responsibility to consistently monitor and track the package using the provided tracking link to ensure a successful delivery arrival.
