1. Final Sale & Hygiene Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, any item that has been used, filled with water, or subjected to heat/tempering is considered a FINAL SALE. For health and safety reasons, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window for unused items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery date (as recorded by the carrier) to initiate a return. Requests exceeding this 14-day period will not be accepted.

3. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in pristine, absolutely unused condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all protective inserts and padding.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows any signs of use or damage not caused during initial transit.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, including international freight, customs duties, and taxes.
  • Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund to cover manual inspection, sanitization, and repackaging costs.
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged Items (Broken on Arrival)

We take great pride in our “Safe Delivery Guarantee.” If your art piece arrives broken, please follow these steps to qualify for a resolution:

Important: Do not discard any packaging materials until your claim has been processed.

  • 24-Hour Reporting: You must notify us via email within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.
  • Evidence Required: You must provide clear photos and videos of the damaged item, the outer packaging box (showing the shipping label), and the internal protective materials.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will issue a FREE REPLACEMENT or a full refund. You DO NOT need to return the broken glass.
